Tour Manager – Canada

About the role

Collette is looking for experienced Tour Managers to lead guided tours across Western and Atlantic Canada from early September to mid‑October 2026. This independent‑contractor position offers the chance to showcase the Rockies, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick while delivering memorable travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the pre‑planned itinerary, bringing destinations and sights to life for the group.
• Manage logistics, safety, and day‑to‑day well‑being of travelers.
• Provide cultural, historical, and local commentary, and offer advice on food, shopping and activities.
• Collect and act on traveler feedback, continuously improving the experience.
• Maintain Collette’s brand standards and adapt tours to individual group needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading guided tours in Canada.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect quickly with diverse travelers.
• Excellent on‑the‑spot problem‑solving and decision‑making.
• Passion for sharing experiential learning and cultural insights.
