About the role

As a Tim Hortons Team Member you will support daily operations in a multi‑skilled capacity, combining food service and housekeeping duties within a residential care environment. You will ensure meals are prepared and served safely while maintaining clean living and dining areas for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals, set up and clear tables, and deliver trays to residents.
• Perform dishwashing and maintain kitchen cleanliness following health and safety guidelines.
• Clean residents’ rooms and common areas, including housekeeping tasks such as making beds and sanitising surfaces.
• Report any injuries, hazards, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Assist with additional tasks as requested by management.

Required profile

• Valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent.
• Previous experience in housekeeping and food service; experience in healthcare or long‑term care is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

• Food safety and handling knowledge.
• Basic housekeeping techniques.
