Test Automation Senior Manager (SDET)

About the role

We are looking for a Test Automation Senior Manager (SDET) to lead quality engineering initiatives for large‑scale, complex applications. The role combines deep SDET expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring quality is embedded from design through production.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead end‑to‑end quality strategies, including early validation and continuous testing.
• Lead design, development, and enhancement of applications and validation components, ensuring scalability, maintainability and performance.
• Design and implement automation frameworks for UI, API and mobile testing using tools such as Playwright, Appium and REST Assured.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and promote DevSecOps practices.
• Apply Generative AI tools to improve test design, code generation, debugging and root‑cause analysis.
• Act as a technical leader and trusted advisor, shaping solutions, driving adoption of best practices and ensuring quality outcomes across multiple teams and platforms.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience delivering high‑quality, scalable applications across web, mobile and enterprise platforms.
• Proven SDET expertise combined with the ability to lead teams and define quality strategy.
• Experience working in collaborative, global environments and a passion for embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Subject‑matter expert in quality engineering practices, modern automation frameworks and AI‑enabled testing.
