About the role
Breakthru Beverage Canada is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead on‑premise sales in the Vancouver/Burnaby area. You will be responsible for driving volume, market share and brand equity for a portfolio of premium wine and spirit brands.
Key responsibilities
- Manage territory coverage to ensure excellent execution of sales plans.
- Plan daily, weekly and quarterly activities to meet quota and distribution objectives.
- Maintain and grow existing volume and distribution by building long‑term relationships with on‑premise and off‑premise accounts.
- Conduct product tastings and education sessions for customers.
- Execute sales calls using the company’s Structured Call methodology.
- Report competitive activities and provide constructive suggestions.
- Prospect, qualify and onboard new accounts that fit the brand portfolio.
- Collaborate with supplier representatives and internal management to promote sales.
- Improve product marketability through shelf management, display positioning, concept selling and price‑point management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Three or more years of selling experience in a Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods environment.
- Strong organizational, multi‑tasking and communication skills.
- Sound judgment, problem‑solving, negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Knowledge of wine & spirit sales, liquor board regulations and market trends.
Required skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
