About the role
Our client, a leading designer of innovative medical equipment mounting solutions, is expanding across Canada and seeks a high‑performing Territory Account Manager to lead growth in Ontario. This senior‑level position blends hunting new business with expanding existing accounts in the healthcare and EMS sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Drive direct sales across Ontario targeting hospitals, EMS agencies and health authorities.
- Manage and stimulate the distribution network within the territory.
- Provide technical demonstrations of mounting systems and medical equipment management solutions.
- Develop sales forecasts and contribute to territory strategy alongside executive leadership.
- Navigate complex RFP processes and government‑related sales environments.
- Maintain a 50/50 balance between new business acquisition and existing account management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically with capital equipment or medical devices.
- Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles and RFP submissions.
- Experience in the EMS/Paramedic field is a significant asset.
- Ability to travel frequently across Ontario and occasionally to the US/Quebec.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset but not mandatory.
