Technology Lead – iOS Developer

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Technology Lead specialized in iOS development to join its Canadian delivery team. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, shaping architecture, and delivering high‑quality mobile solutions for iOS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define application architecture.
• Create high‑level design artifacts and lead the implementation of iOS modules.
• Deliver clean, maintainable code and lead validation across all testing phases.
• Design, build, and publish iOS applications on the App Store, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features while identifying and fixing bottlenecks.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation, and support continuous integration pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 3 years progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
• Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including at least 7 years of iOS development.
• Located within commuting distance of Burnaby, BC or Calgary, AB, or willing to relocate.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• iOS development with Swift and Objective‑C.
• Cocoa Touch, Core Data, Core Animation.
• Memory management and concurrency programming on iOS.
• Knowledge of iOS back‑end services and Apple design guidelines.
• Version control systems: Mercurial, Git, SVN.
• C‑based libraries, push notifications, APIs, and cloud messaging.
• Continuous integration experience.
