About the role
Huawei Canada is seeking a Technology Cooperation Officer for a 6‑month contract within its IC Lab in Edmonton. The role supports the team by identifying collaboration opportunities and delivering technology analysis for semiconductor and chipset solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify potential opportunities for industry collaboration and joint projects.
- Perform ICT‑related technology analysis and present concise summaries to relevant technical teams.
- Provide insights and advice to the Technology Cooperation team to guide strategic decisions.
Required profile
- MSc or higher degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of EDA tools, CMOS manufacturing processes, and electric packaging technology.
- Extensive experience conducting literature reviews and summarising technology trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
