Technical Service Representative

About the role

Miller Insurance Brokers is seeking a full‑time Technical Service Representative to support its Personal and Commercial lines. The role focuses on processing renewals, endorsements, cancellations and ensuring accurate documentation and billing for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Process personal lines renewals, endorsements and cancellations for both Personal and Commercial departments.
• Verify that documentation from insurance partners is received and accurate.
• Bill policies (automatically or manually) and enter them into the EPIC (BMS) system.
• Ensure download, ADI and EDOCS files are received, correctly named, and attached to the appropriate client files.
• Update the Master Renewal list after reviewing received renewals.
• Manually renew lines or issue Service Summary lines for non‑download companies.
• Confirm policies contain required coverages by comparing checklists and applications.
• Advise brokers of any discrepancies or billing deviations.
• Provide backup support to reception when needed.

• Ability to calculate premiums and percentages for client files.
