Technical Recruiter – High Volume Remote

About the role

We are looking for a driven Technical Recruiter to lead high‑volume hiring for engineering, technical and professional roles. The position is fully remote and ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast‑paced staffing environment and enjoys sourcing hard‑to‑find talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical, engineering and professional positions, from sourcing to offer.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for high‑volume and hard‑to‑fill requisitions.
• Utilise job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking and ATS databases to generate candidates.
• Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager to adjust sourcing strategies and overcome challenges.
• Recruit through multiple VMS platforms while ensuring compliance with client requirements and timelines.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Conduct detailed interviews to assess technical skills, qualifications and cultural fit.
• Submit qualified candidates with accurate summaries and track activity in the ATS.
• Meet or exceed KPIs such as submittals, interviews, placements and fill ratios.
• Partner with account managers to understand client hiring needs and market conditions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a staffing agency, technical recruiting or high‑volume environment.
• Proven track record recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, IT or professional roles.
• Experience working in VMS‑driven recruiting environments is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with urgency and accountability.
