Technical Recruiter - Americas

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead senior and staff‑level hiring across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, Security and related functions in North America. The role sits at the heart of a fast‑scaling, product‑led organization and focuses on quality of hire, data‑informed decision making, and partnership with technical leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for senior and staff‑level technical positions, ensuring high talent standards.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders, founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and develop scalable recruiting strategies.
• Design and execute sourcing plans, including market mapping, proactive outreach and pipeline development for competitive technical profiles.
• Coach stakeholders on interview best practices, evaluation criteria and candidate experience.
• Analyze recruiting funnel metrics to improve sourcing efficiency and conversion rates.
• Manage multiple concurrent searches, balancing urgency and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting tools, systems and processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS or product‑led companies.
• Proven track record hiring senior and staff‑level engineers and related technical roles.
• Ability to work autonomously while influencing senior technical leaders.
• Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, talent market mapping and pipeline building.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
