Technical Project Manager – Cloud Migration (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead large‑scale cloud migration programs for a BFSI client in Toronto. The role is contract‑based for 12 months and combines onsite presence with hybrid flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end cloud migration initiatives using Rehost, Replatform, Refactor and Application Modernization strategies.
• Manage stakeholder communication at the executive level, providing governance, reporting and decision support.
• Oversee risk, issue, dependency and budget tracking across complex enterprise programs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Network, DevOps and Application groups.
• Conduct application readiness assessments, ensure compliance and drive change‑management activities.

Required profile

• 10+ years of technical project management experience delivering large cloud migration programs.
• Proven ability to interact with senior executives and manage multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices and enterprise compliance requirements.
