Technical Consultant (PACS)

About the role

Lead complex technical implementations and integrations of PACS solutions, delivering scalable systems that meet customer business, technical and clinical requirements. Work both in the office and on customer sites to ensure successful operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance implementation methodologies, best practices and service delivery standards.
• Monitor, evaluate and optimize system performance through proactive analysis and risk mitigation.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams, product leaders and executive stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic objectives.
• Serve as a technical advisor, resolving high‑complexity issues and preparing executive‑level presentations and reports.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare IT or information systems, with hands‑on PACS implementation or radiology informatics support.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Health Science, Business, Engineering or equivalent, or 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of healthcare interface standards such as HL7 and DICOM.
• Strong understanding of cloud environments, Windows Server infrastructure, networking concepts and SQL/Oracle databases.
• Foundational AWS knowledge (EC2, S3) and AWS Cloud Practitioner certification highly desired.
