Tech‑Enabled Pharmacist – Full‑Time or Part‑Time

About the role

Mednow is building a cloud‑based, on‑the‑go pharmacy experience. We are seeking a tech‑forward pharmacist to join our Toronto hub, working either full‑time or part‑time, to deliver accurate medication care while driving digital workflow innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert pharmaceutical care in a high‑volume, mail‑order environment with a focus on patient safety.
• Navigate and orchestrate Mednow’s digital ecosystem (Kroll Paperless, Google Workspace, Slack, in‑house app, Shopify, UberDirect, PrescribeIT, etc.) to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Collaborate on workflow innovation, including PACMED strip packaging and autonomous processes with mobile doctor partners.
• Lead special projects such as B2B integration and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Communicate empathetically with patients and partner organizations.

Required profile

• Licensed (or eligible) pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
• Tech‑native mindset comfortable using digital platforms as core service tools.
• Experience thriving in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments where efficiency is measured.
• Adaptable to change and enthusiastic about project‑based work and B2B collaborations.
