Team Leader – Rosemere Store

About the role

As a Team Leader at Dynamite’s Rosemere store, you will report to the Store Manager and help create a magnetic, confident shopping experience for every customer. You will play a key part in daily store operations, inventory flow, and sales performance while upholding brand and visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, personalized shopping experience and build long‑term customer relationships.
• Support day‑to‑day store operations, including inventory management, shipment processing, and sales‑floor replenishment.
• Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction while maintaining visual merchandising directives.
• Fulfill e‑commerce orders and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Assist the Store Manager with staff coaching, scheduling, and performance monitoring.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• At least 2 years of retail experience (preferred) and 1 year in a team‑lead role.
• Passion for fashion, customer‑oriented mindset, and strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, time‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with flexible evenings, weekends and holiday availability.
