Team Leader – Retail Store Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to join our store management team. You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in delivering smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coach store associates, providing day‑to‑day guidance.
• Oversee merchandising, shelf stocking, and the receipt and unpacking of daily shipments.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Handle manager‑on‑duty duties such as break scheduling, time‑keeping and attendance.
• Address customer complaints promptly and ensure service standards are met.
• Perform cash management, opening and closing procedures as required.
• Participate in inventory counts and employee training sessions.
• Assist with hiring, performance management and follow‑up on assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year retail experience.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Open availability for day, evening and weekend shifts.
• Strong leadership, communication and multitasking abilities.
