Team Leader – Retail Store

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily retail operations. You will guide store associates, ensure merchandising standards, and deliver excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coach store associates, providing day‑to‑day guidance.
• Oversee store merchandising, shelf stocking, and manage daily shipments.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Handle manager‑on‑duty duties such as breaks, time‑keeping and attendance.
• Address customer complaints promptly and resolve issues.
• Perform cash management, opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Participate in inventory counts, employee training and performance management.
• Assist with hiring processes and follow up on assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Open availability for day, evening and weekend shifts.
• Strong leadership, communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ambition to progress within the company.
