Team Leader – Retail Store, Centre Eaton Montreal

About the role

Dynamite is seeking an energetic Team Leader to drive daily operations at its Centre Eaton Montreal store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will ensure an exceptional shopping experience, support inventory flow, and uphold brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Manage inventory processes, including shipments, floor replenishment, and e‑commerce order fulfillment.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation according to brand directives.
• Support sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Assist in scheduling, training, and coaching team members.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years retail experience, with 1 year in a team‑lead or supervisory role.
• Passion for fashion, strong problem‑solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
