Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to join our retail store management team. Reporting to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will help ensure smooth daily operations and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coach store associates, providing day‑to‑day guidance.
• Oversee merchandising, shelf stocking and the handling of daily shipments.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Handle manager‑on‑duty duties such as break scheduling, time‑keeping and attendance.
• Address customer complaints promptly and resolve issues.
• Perform cash management, opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Participate in inventory counts, employee training and performance management.
• Support hiring processes and follow up on assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Strong leadership, communication and multitasking abilities.
• Open availability for day, evening and weekend shifts.
• Ambition to grow within the company.
