Team Lead

About the role

CCNuclear is seeking a hands‑on Team Lead to act as the primary link between frontline employees and management. Based in Paisley, Ontario, you will ensure daily operations are performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while supporting critical industrial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the team to meet operational and project objectives.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and allocate resources effectively.
• Provide coaching, technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Foster a positive, respectful and collaborative team environment.
• Promote company values, accountability and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements and regulations.
• Champion health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Participate in safety meetings, inspections and hazard identification.
• Collaborate with supervisors, managers and cross‑functional teams to support project execution.
• Monitor productivity, quality and performance, identifying continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Support onboarding, training, skill development and workforce engagement.
• Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, reporting and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Physics or a related technical discipline, or equivalent education and industry experience.
