About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Calgary, AB and reports to senior leadership. As a Team Lead you will oversee daily operations, motivate team members and ensure that performance targets are consistently met.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimise team workflows to maximise productivity.
- Provide mentorship, coaching and performance feedback to team members.
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Act as the primary liaison between leadership and the team to foster collaboration.
- Monitor progress against goals and report results to senior management.
Required profile
- Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Strong organisational and workflow‑management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making competence.
- Comfort with technology and tools used for team and project management.
- Adaptability in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in the real‑estate sector or related fields is an asset.
