About the role
The Desautels Faculty of Management is seeking a Teaching Assistant for the Capital Markets and Institutions course (FINE 442). The TA will support course preparation, grading, and supervision of student work throughout the term.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the course instructor in preparing lecture materials and assignments.
- Grade assignments, quizzes, and exams in a timely and consistent manner.
- Provide feedback and guidance to students on coursework.
- Maintain records of grades and attendance.
- Support classroom logistics and any required administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Familiarity with financial markets and banking functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Eligibility to work in Canada and willingness to work in Quebec.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
