About the role

Magnet Forensics is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to build and nurture talent pipelines that support its rapid growth. This hybrid‑flexible position works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders across multiple functions to identify and engage top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct talent mapping, market research, and competitive intelligence to uncover high‑quality candidates.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to source, assess, and introduce qualified candidates into hiring pipelines.
• Develop and execute personalised outreach strategies that generate strong response rates.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation trends, competitor hiring activity, and talent availability.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
• Evaluate and leverage emerging sourcing technologies, AI tools, and market intelligence platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience sourcing talent across multiple functions, preferably using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong research, talent mapping, and market intelligence capabilities.
• Excellent written communication with the ability to craft personalised outreach.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Data‑driven approach with curiosity about talent markets and hiring trends.
