Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote, Canada)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to shape the future of our team. Based in Canada and working remotely, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from aggressive headhunting to onboarding, ensuring we hire only the top 1% of talent.

Key responsibilities

• Active Headhunting: source candidates on LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, GitHub for marketing, operations, and legal roles.
• Vetting & Screening: conduct rigorous interviews to assess technical Web3 literacy and cultural fit.
• Pipeline Management: move candidates quickly through the interview funnel.
• Offer Negotiation: explain our high‑performance culture and Web3‑integrated compensation.
• Market Intelligence: stay updated on salary benchmarks and talent trends in the Canadian creative scene.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in a fast‑paced environment (agency or in‑house).
• Hunter instinct: ability to craft compelling cold outreach that elicits responses from high‑level talent.
• Web3 fluency: solid understanding of blockchain basics and practical wallet usage.
• High autonomy: self‑organized, results‑driven, and capable of meeting hiring targets remotely.
