Talent Acquisition Specialist (French-speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Montreal team. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partner closely with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media and direct outreach.
• Conduct screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and act as the main communication link between candidates and hiring teams.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Stay informed on local labour market trends and recruitment best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or staffing.
• Fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment processes.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Eligibility to work in Canada.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
