Talent Acquisition Specialist – 15‑Month Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a 15‑month contract to join Broadsign’s HR team in Montreal. In this hybrid role you will help drive the company’s growth by sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent for our fast‑moving SaaS business.

Key responsibilities

• Map competitive talent markets and build proactive candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques.
• Create personalized outreach campaigns to engage passive candidates.
• Write and post compelling job descriptions, screen applicants, and conduct pre‑screening calls.
• Partner with hiring managers to extend offers and ensure smooth contract execution and onboarding.
• Maintain the Greenhouse ATS with accurate data, candidate stages and interview notes.
• Generate reliable recruitment metrics and support cross‑functional coordination.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of full‑cycle recruitment and sourcing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Full professional fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in a fast‑growing SaaS or agency environment is preferred.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System.
• Proficiency with AI‑driven sourcing assistants or other advanced sourcing tools.
