Systems Administrator

About the role

Techo‑Bloc is seeking a Systems Administrator to keep the IT infrastructure that supports its 9 manufacturing plants and 13+ distribution centres running smoothly. You will work hands‑on with servers, networks, storage and monitoring tools, ensuring reliability while contributing to the company’s infrastructure roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update servers, network devices and storage across multiple sites.
• Implement and manage infrastructure standards to stay compliant with company policies.
• Monitor systems, detect potential issues early and resolve incidents before they become outages.
• Manage data backup, archiving and assist with disaster‑recovery testing.
• Participate in new‑technology projects, produce technical documentation and support after‑hours on a rotating on‑call schedule.
• Travel between sites as required to install or troubleshoot equipment.

• Thrives in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment with evolving processes.
• Comfortable working both in server rooms and on network diagrams.
• Willing to be part of an on‑call rotation and occasional travel.
