System Administrator – Windows/Linux & Cloud

About the role

We are looking for a proactive System Administrator to manage our Windows and Linux based infrastructure across on-premise, virtual and cloud environments. The role supports a fast-growing adult entertainment and gaming platform and works closely with a global IT team in a hybrid office/remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer and support on-premise, virtual and cloud servers and related services.
• Maintain system standards, monitoring tools, access permissions and configuration baselines.
• Research and implement automated solutions for routine administration tasks.
• Collaborate with the IT team to roll out new technologies and lead infrastructure projects.
• Document system configurations and procedures, and ensure up-to-date documentation.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar system administration role.
• Strong teamwork orientation and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Required skills

• Office 365 (E3) and Azure services.
• Microsoft Exchange Server 2016/2019/Online.
• Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, multisite environments.
• Windows Server 2016/2019 administration.
• VMware virtualization.
• Microsoft Intune.
• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• System-level networking knowledge.
• Microsoft SQL Server administration and maintenance.
• Backup technologies (Networker) – nice to have.
• Linux OS administration – nice to have.
• ServiceNow – nice to have.
