About the role
The St. Alban’s Club is seeking enthusiastic Swim Instructors and Lifeguards to join its Aquatics team at Palmerston and Winona pools. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, helping children and adults improve their swimming skills while ensuring a safe and welcoming pool area.
Key responsibilities
- Instruct swimming lessons and lead aquatics events for members of all ages.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to member questions, comments, and concerns.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized pool environment.
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, child‑focused attitude.
- Be available for weekend shifts as required.
Required profile
- Standard First Aid CPR Level C certification.
- Life Saving Society Swim Instructor certification.
- Life Saving Society Water Safety Instructor certification.
- Life Saving Society Lifeguard certification.
- HIGH FIVE (Principles of Healthy Child Development) training.
