Supply Planner – Integrated Planning

About the role

The Supply Planner will generate net requirements for plants and vendors, build weekly and monthly supply plans, and create deployment plans that ensure R&P material replenishment to meet customer demand. This role balances network complexity, inventory targets, and supply constraints while collaborating across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate net requirements and prepare supply and deployment plans on a weekly and monthly cadence.
• Analyze exceptions, develop supply scenarios, and assess feasibility, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage end‑to‑end planning within the SNP network to meet service, inventory freshness, and KPI targets.
• Engage with manufacturing to optimize lot sizes, cycle times, and finished‑goods inventory levels.
• Support the Demand Planner to improve demand planning accuracy.
• Optimize shipments and ensure service continuity across manufacturing operations.

Required profile

• Experience implementing LEAN concepts and tools.
• Proven track record in inventory optimization.
• Strong collaboration skills with internal Operations, Logistics, IMS partners, and external manufacturers.
• Solid data‑analysis capabilities.
