Supply Future Leaders Graduate Program

About the role

The Supply Future Leaders program is a 12‑month rotational experience designed to fast‑track recent graduates into front‑line managerial positions within Labatt’s brewery operations across Canada. Participants will join plant leadership teams, gaining hands‑on exposure to production, safety, and supply‑chain processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the plant leadership team, overseeing day‑to‑day production for an assigned area and shift.
• Ensure safety compliance and uphold quality standards on the production floor.
• Lead teams, resolve personnel and process issues, and apply data‑driven decision making.
• Utilise lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment such as pumps, motors, heat exchangers, and packaging machinery.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within the last two years) with a background in engineering, science, or environmental/safety fields.
• Willingness to relocate and work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, relationship‑building skills, and a commitment to safety.
• Eligibility to work in Canada; bilingualism is an asset.
