Supply Chain Trainee Program – 8‑Month Graduate Rotation

About the role

The Supply Chain Trainee Program is an eight‑month graduate rotation designed for recent graduates who are passionate about supply chain management, logistics and operational problem‑solving. Participants will begin in September 2027, receive a salary of $80,000 CAD and start with a one‑week onboarding at Labatt’s Toronto headquarters before rotating through breweries, warehouses and other logistics sites.

Key responsibilities

• Shadow and learn from frontline teams, gaining hands‑on experience in operational processes and shift leadership.
• Lead a strategic business project during the program and present findings to Supply Chain leadership.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and participate in networking events across the rotation.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within 2 years) with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sciences or related field.
• Willingness to relocate and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a unionized environment.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to lead high‑performing teams.
