Supply Chain & Inventory Manager

About the role

Lisa Gozlan is looking for an experienced and highly organized Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations for its expanding retail and e‑commerce business. Reporting to the Director of Operations & Product, the role ensures inventory is efficiently planned, allocated, and fulfilled to support growth and exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inventory planning, allocation, replenishment and stock optimisation across boutiques and online channels.
• Monitor inventory levels, sell‑through performance and stock coverage to maintain healthy productivity.
• Develop forecasting and replenishment strategies for product launches, core lines and seasonal collections.
• Manage inventory transfers, stock balancing and accuracy initiatives.
• Coordinate inbound shipments, vendor relations, warehousing and distribution.
• Maintain relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, freight partners and third‑party logistics providers.
• Track shipping timelines and operational performance to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency, scalability and accuracy.
• Support warehouse operations and inventory control procedures.
• Analyse performance metrics, produce reporting on inventory health, forecasting and fulfillment KPIs.
• Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead, mentor and develop the inventory and production team.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with merchandising, retail, finance, e‑commerce, operations and warehouse teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain and inventory management, preferably in retail and e‑commerce.
• Highly organised with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑development skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions.
