About the role

The Supply Chain Coordinator ensures smooth logistical operations and inventory management for Club Med in Montréal. This position synchronises activities across suppliers, warehouses and distribution channels to guarantee timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring accurate and on‑time product delivery.
• Manage inventory levels to optimise stock availability while minimising excess.
• Coordinate product movement between suppliers, warehouses and distribution centres.
• Liaise with suppliers to align delivery schedules with operational needs and evaluate supplier performance.
• Identify improvement opportunities within the supply chain and propose efficient solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports and KPI dashboards.
• Monitor compliance with legal, environmental and corporate standards, conducting risk assessments and supporting audits.
• Foster a motivating team environment, develop staff skills and ensure operational excellence.
