Supply Chain Associate

About the role

Drop Mobility is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to support its fast‑growing e‑bike operations across North America. Working closely with the Supply Chain & Operations Manager, you will help coordinate suppliers, manage purchase orders, track shipments, and maintain accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with suppliers on quotes, samples, invoices, production status, lead times, and shipment readiness.
• Track purchase orders from quotation through production, shipment, receipt, and completion.
• Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records for suppliers, purchase orders, inventory, shipments, spare parts, and related documents.
• Support internal requests for spare parts, hardware, shipments, documentation, and supplier communication.
• Assist with process improvements, documentation, and workflow optimization as the company scales.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving, logical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Fast learner able to pick up new products, software platforms, and internal tools quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to take occasional off‑hours calls to align with international supplier time zones.
