Supply Agent – Aviation Components

About the role

Safran Landing Systems is seeking a Supply Agent to support the Mirabel plant, which manufactures landing‑gear components for Airbus and Boeing aircraft. You will act as the central point of contact between internal demand planners and external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality parts.

Key responsibilities

• Align purchase orders with Master Production Schedule (MPS) demand and process SAP error messages.
• Launch and track external orders, manage purchase order acknowledgments, and communicate supply plans to suppliers.
• Monitor logistics flow of shipped components, resolve billing disputes, and travel to local or international suppliers as needed.
• Support risk analysis related to load, capacity, and cadence; participate in supplier performance evaluations.
• Prepare monthly reports on Tier‑1 supplier risks, issues, actions, quality indicators, and logistics.
• Participate in Supply Review, QRQC, MPS meetings and improvement projects.

Required profile

• College studies in industrial engineering, supply chain management or a related field (DEC, AEC or equivalent).
• 3‑5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the aeronautics sector.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• SAP procurement module.
