About the role

The Appointment Center Supervisor will lead a team that coordinates patient appointments for medical imaging services. Reporting to the Call Center Director, the role ensures high‑quality service for patients, clinics, and internal staff while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and organize daily activities of the appointment team to meet service level targets.
• Organize onboarding and training for new employees.
• Monitor performance indicators, identify trends, and develop action plans for training and improvement.
• Collaborate closely with imaging laboratory teams and provide support during peak periods.
• Act as the go‑to resource for operational issues and maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge of medical imaging processes.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of hands‑on supervision experience in a call or appointment center (approximately 50 agents).
• Understanding of health‑care appointment scheduling, preferably in medical imaging.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated leadership, ability to motivate teams, and strong empathy for customers and staff.

• IP telephony and queue‑management call‑center software
• Radiology Information System (RIS) or similar appointment‑management tools
