About the role
Join City Avenue Market as a Supermarket Cashier. This full‑time, permanent position involves handling transactions, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean checkout area.
Key responsibilities
- Operate the cash register and process cash, cheque, and card payments.
- Scan items, weigh produce, and bag merchandise for customers.
- Calculate daily shift totals and reconcile them with sales records.
- Stock shelves, keep the counter area clean, and greet customers.
- Provide friendly customer service throughout the shift.
Required profile
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Ability to meet language requirements (English or French).
