Studio & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Studio & Marketing Coordinator brings the Studio Paolo Ferrari brand to life through hospitality, operational support, and the execution of marketing and cultural initiatives. Based in Toronto, this role works on‑site to ensure every interaction reflects the studio’s commitment to design excellence and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day marketing initiatives and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Schedule and publish social media content on all platforms, using established brand templates.
• Create and update marketing assets, website content, and awards submissions.
• Organise photography, project assets, and marketing collateral; liaise with external PR and marketing partners.
• Support studio operations: manage internal meeting schedules, resolve calendar conflicts, and coordinate meeting logistics, hospitality, and technology needs.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Operations team and act as a cross‑functional resource during peak periods or staff absences.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, studio coordination, office administration, hospitality, communications, or a related field.
• Background in interior design, architecture, fashion, creative services, or luxury brands is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in branding, visual storytelling, and social media.
• Strong written communication, copywriting, and organizational abilities.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passion for design, architecture, fashion, art, and luxury hospitality.
• Based in Toronto with regular on‑site presence.
