Strategy & Operations Associate – Canada

About the role

DoorDash is looking for a self‑motivated, data‑driven Associate to join its Canada Customer Growth team. You will help shape the in‑app merchandising experience, support key growth campaigns, and turn insights into actionable strategies that drive consumer engagement across DoorDash Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch new in‑app experiences from concept to execution.
• Develop strategic roadmaps using first‑principles thinking and customer empathy.
• Design and run experiments on promotional campaigns and creative assets.
• Analyze operational and financial impacts of initiatives and iterate based on performance data.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, finance, analytics, and merchant teams to deliver results.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or growth roles.
• Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to structure complex issues.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with product, marketing, finance, and legal teams.

Required skills

• SQL for data extraction, analysis, and building dashboards.
