Strategic Sourcing Manager

About the role

The Strategic Sourcing Manager leads end‑to‑end sourcing initiatives, develops category strategies, and drives change across the supply chain. This role partners with internal stakeholders to align sourcing activities with business priorities and deliver measurable savings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category management frameworks and sourcing strategies.
• Lead change‑management programs, including readiness assessments, stakeholder communication, and execution monitoring.
• Plan and conduct sourcing events such as RFIs, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
• Perform market assessments, supplier risk evaluations, and contract lifecycle management.
• Identify demand‑management and cost‑reduction opportunities while mitigating supplier risk.
• Collaborate with business partners to communicate market trends and support process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change‑management initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong background in supplier risk assessment, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
