About the role
As a Store Team Supervisor you link team member effort to business results, making daily decisions that drive store success while continuously developing and empowering your team.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee store operations, including production, front‑end, and community donation areas.
- Lead, coach, and schedule team members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient workflow.
- Monitor sales performance and inventory levels to meet financial targets.
- Maintain store standards for safety, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
