Store Supervisor – Retail Management

About the role

Join Canadian Tire’s Blenheim store as a Store Supervisor, leading a friendly team in a dynamic retail environment. You’ll ensure excellent customer service, efficient department operations, and contribute to the store’s overall success.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily and weekly departmental activities, including seasonal changeovers.
• Train, coach, motivate and supervise team members, providing performance feedback and recognition.
• Prepare work schedules within budget guidelines and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with store opening and closing duties and resolve customer and employee issues.

Required profile

• Supervisory or managerial experience in a retail setting.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and lift items for up to 8 hours.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
