Store Manager

About the role

Under Armour is looking for a Store Manager to lead its Montreal location. You will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and managing all aspects of store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Analyze daily sales data and adjust tactics in real time to improve results.
• Oversee customer service, inventory control, visual merchandising, and store appearance.
• Utilize omni‑channel tools such as data capture and endless aisle to build customer loyalty.
• Manage merchandise receipt, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment processes.
• Ensure compliance with audit, loss‑prevention, and safety standards.
• Control payroll scheduling to maximize productivity while meeting budget goals.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a high‑performing team.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and basic verbal and written English.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret metrics and make data‑driven decisions.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Advanced interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate a team.
