About the role

Seed & Stone is seeking a full‑time Store Manager to lead its Canadian retail location. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional cannabis retail experience, ensuring compliance, and driving sales through effective team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and maintain a seamless retail experience.
• Manage, coach, and develop store staff to achieve high customer‑service standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to government cannabis regulations and store compliance.
• Implement retail best practices, loss‑prevention measures, and inventory controls.
• Maintain store security and safeguard assets.
• Foster a strong team culture while meeting sales and operational targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in store management or retail operations.
• Strong customer‑service and communication abilities.
• Leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
• Knowledge of retail loss‑prevention and inventory management practices.
• Familiarity with cannabis product categories and related regulations is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education or certifications in business or retail management are an asset.
