Store Manager – Edmonton

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Edmonton branch, part of a trusted UK retail brand with over 50 stores nationwide. You will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a high‑performing team to exceed sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and a compelling in‑store experience.
• Drive profitability through effective processes, controls, and operational excellence.
• Uphold Health & Safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Promote the brand’s values and unique selling points.
• Collaborate with Area and Senior Managers to share performance insights and plans.

• Strong communicator confident in reporting and analysis.
• Natural leader focused on team development and coaching.
