Store Manager – Downtown Edmonton

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Required profile

• Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent).
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• High energy and able to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills – you know how to motivate and develop a team.
• Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results.
