Store Manager – Boucherville

About the role

Starbucks is seeking a Store Manager to lead its Boucherville location. You will be responsible for delivering the Starbucks experience, driving sales, and fostering a welcoming community hub.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Drive financial performance by meeting sales targets and controlling costs.
• Build, coach, and develop a high‑performing partner (employee) team.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and product quality.
• Engage with the local community and represent the brand.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience managing a retail or customer‑service team.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales‑driven environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in French (reading, writing, speaking) and eligible to work in Canada.
• Willingness to work full‑time on a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
