Store Manager - ACT

About the role

The Store Manager leads the daily operations of a Couche‑Tard location in Granby. You will supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales while maintaining store standards and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, recruit, train and schedule 2+ full‑time employees, including assistant managers and customer service representatives.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, stock levels and merchandising according to company standards.
• Develop supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Conduct performance appraisals in Workday, provide feedback, and ensure completion of required training.
• Communicate effectively with staff and the District Manager through regular meetings.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses, manage budgets, forecast P&L lines and safeguard cash handling.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1‑2 years of retail experience.
• Ability to supervise, train and manage staff according to CSR, LSR and SA job descriptions.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and open availability.
• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Physical ability to work up to 50 hours per week, lift up to 50 lb, and operate in cold environments.
