About the role

Crew members work in assigned areas, preparing food, serving customers, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform food production duties or serve customers at the cash register following standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and guest area.
• Operate equipment safely, assist with preventive maintenance, and ensure product quality by checking shelf‑life and temperatures.
• Follow food safety, FIFO stock rotation, and company policies, reporting any issues to the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum high school education.
• At least 1 year of crew member experience in a similar fast‑food environment.
• Food Safety training from an ANSI‑approved provider and a valid Food Handler Certification.
