Store Associate – Retail Team Member

About the role

The Store Associate works in a fast‑paced environment to deliver friendly and courteous service to customers. The role includes store maintenance activities such as stocking shelves, merchandising and general housekeeping.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, assist and thank customers in person and over the phone.
• Recommend related products so customers leave with everything they need.
• Execute retail tasks efficiently, including stocking, labeling, facing and keeping the area clean.
• Perform hole checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical capability to stand/walk for 8 hours and lift/carry items, use a ladder and reach.
• Strong computer operation skills and problem‑solving ability.
• Comfortable operating a cash register in a fast‑paced setting.
